Farewell and thank you by Kennan
As I wrap up this post, I come to it with a mix of emotions. 皆さん、ありがとうございました。Today marks my last day in Awaji, an ending that feels both unexpected and a bit sudden. It's a bittersweet moment as I close this chapter of my journey and embark on a new path.
My time here has been more than just about exploring and understanding what it means to do business and work as a chef it's been a journey of growth, learning, and making lasting connections. Every person I've met, every dish I've created, and every story I've shared has been a step in my journey, contributing to who I am today. To all who have been part of this adventure, whether by sharing a meal, a conversation, or even a smile, thank you.
Though leaving Awaji feels somewhat premature, I am excited about the road ahead. There's a world experiences out there waiting for me, and I'm eager to dive in. I hope to take the lessons and memories from Awaji and infuse them into whatever comes next. So, as I say goodbye, I also look forward to the new beginnings and the countless stories yet to be written.
My journey is far from over. There's more to learn, more to experience, and so much more to share.
Thank you everyone for all that you guys done with it be the members of the cafe or people I met outside of the cafe. I hope to meet again.
Here are some photos I wish to share from my journey at emo.
